ISO 31030 Training

Travel Risk Management Training

The publication of ISO 31030 Travel Risk Management will raise many questions about how to turn the standard from a written document into a living concept in your business, that’s why we have partnered with two training experts to create courses to help you understand the standard itself, and how to implement a Travel Risk Management programme in your business.

Foundational Course in Travel Risk Management

Managing Travel Risk is integral to any organisation whose employees are required to travel on company business. This course offered by the GSA and Travilearn, will cover the foundational topics to prepare you for the upcoming ISO 31030 standard.

The course is a self-paced, online learning module which will take approximately one hour to complete. Users will be guided through the topics included in the new standard, and upon completion of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Understand the scope of the new ISO 31030 standard
  • Obtain an introduction on how it applies to different travel programmes
  • Provide guidance on the steps to becoming compliant

Travel Risk Management Bootcamp: Understanding and implementing ISO31030.

Global Secure Accreditation and the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) have partnered to deliver a new training course: Travel Risk Management Bootcamp: Understanding and implementing ISO31030.

This one-day virtual programme will help travel and procurement professionals explore travel risk management in the context of the upcoming ISO 31030 guidelines, giving them the tools and confidence to create or update a robust system within their organisation. The course, led by travel risk management experts Bob Quick, Brian Moore, Sandy Moring and Dr.Gary Buck, will provide practical guidance to anyone involved in building and managing corporate travel programmes.

There are currently 3 dates on offer this year.

Why choose GSA?

Exposure to risk has never been higher or more diverse, and our ability to predict risk exposure feels uncertain. This is why safety, security, and health for travellers has never been more important, and the return on investment has never been greater (with or without legislated compliance).

Underpinned by the highest level of global security and safety expertise, GSA is more than an accreditation business. Working to ISO 31030 standards, we also provide services and support that allows businesses to mitigate travel risks and more effectively deliver their duty of care. We are creating the benchmarks the world needs, to make travel safer for everyone.
